Watch Eddie DeBartolo receive his gold jacket, take a selfie with Steve Young

The Pro Football Hall of Fame had their gold jacket evening on Thursday, where this year’s class of inductees received the gold jackes they can wear forever as Hall of Famers. Former San Francisco 49ers owner Eddie DeBartolo was among those, and there are some great pictures and videos from the evening as he continued his move toward football immortality.

DeBartolo made his way to the stage, and as he was walking up, Hall of Fame quarterback Steve Young made sure to get a picture:

And of course, DeBartolo had a chance to react to finally getting that gold jacket. He will be back on Saturday giving his speech at the induction ceremony.
