The Miami Dolphins and Seattle Seahawks squared off at CenturyLink Field in Seattle Sunday afternoon, and the pre-game saw the National Anthem protest take center stage. The Seahawks players had previously announced plans to interlock arms during the National Anthem. We’ve got a picture of that below.
Some members of the Dolphins joined in the protest as well. Shaun King has this photo of Kenny Stills, Michael Thomas, Arian Foster, and Jelani Jenkins taking a knee during the Anthem. All players involved join a growing list of players offering up protest in support of the issues Colin Kaepernick first brought to the NFL stage during the preseason.
