49ers injury report: No absences, Andrew Tiller, Marcus Cromartie added to the list

The 49ers issued their Wednesday practice report. Everybody participated in some way.

The San Francisco 49ers were back at practice Wednesday morning, and while there are some new additions to the injury report, everybody appears to have practiced. The team got through Week 1 in relatively good health. They had some players miss snaps, but nothing too serious. That won’t remain the case, so we’ll enjoy it while we can.

The latest injury report saw guard Andrew Tiller and safety Marcus Cromartie added with ankle injuries. Tiller left the season opener for four snaps and was briefly replaced by Marcus Martin. Martin serves as the team’s primary backup interior lineman, while Anthony Davis is the backup tackle and occasional guard.

The inclusion of Glenn Dorsey as a limited participant in practice is what we saw the last two days of Week 1 practices. He was inactive on Monday as he continues his return from a 2015 torn ACL. There is no timeline on his return, even as Chip Kelly offered optimism prior to Week 1. The team has solid depth on the line, so for the time being there is no need to rush him back.
