The San Francisco 49ers head on the road this weekend for their first road game of the season. Coming off a season-opening home win over the Los Angeles Rams, the 49ers head to Charlotte to face the Carolina Panthers. The game kicks off at 10:00 a.m. PT, and is going to be a fairly localized broadcast.
The folks at 506sports.com are back with their weekly broadcast maps. Their maps cover the entire United States, and accurately portray who can watch each NFL game. This week, the game is primarily in the 49ers and Panthers main broadcast areas. It extends up into Oregon on the 49ers side, and into Georgia on the Panthers side. You can view the map at the link above, but in the meantime, I'll list out notable media regions that should have the game on FOX:
1. Northern California - Santa Barbara and Bakersfield north
2. Oregon - southern portion
3. Nevada - Reno market
4. Southern California - San Diego
6. North Carolina
7. South Carolina
8. Georgia - southern tip exception
9. Jacksonville market
10. Bits of eastern Tennessee and southwestern Virginia
And per usual, we have the international viewing options as well. As always, if you have a suggestion we did not include, let me know in the comments.
Canada: Our friends at A Rouge Point do not appear to be updating anymore :(
Armed Forces Network-Europe: No broadcast
Far East: Our friends at All Sports Network TV are still updating their website, so I am not sure if it is playing.
