The San Francisco 49ers are back at practice Wednesday, and will release their first practice participation report later this afternoon. In the meantime, Chip Kelly will meet with the media at 10:20 a.m. PT. Practice will then take place at 10:35 a.m. Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett will speak on a conference call at 11:40 a.m., followed by a 12:30 p.m. call with a Cowboys player to be determined. Blaine Gabbert will do his weekly Wednesday press conference after practice, followed by locker room availability.
