Packers vs. Falcons: NFL playoffs game time, TV schedule, online streaming, odds, announcers

New, comments

The Packers and Falcons square off in the 2017 NFC Championship Game on Sunday. We break down the pertinent TV schedule, live stream, and odds information to get you ready for the game.

Welcome back to the penultimate round of the 2017 NFL playoffs. The NFC gets things going with a game San Francisco 49ers fans will be paying close attention to. The Atlanta Falcons host the Green Bay Packers, with kickoff set for 12:05 p.m. PT. The game airs on FOX, with Joe Buck and Troy Aikman in the announcer booth, and Erin Andrews on the sideline.

If the Falcons win, the 49ers will meet with offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan on Friday. They will not be able to formally hire him, but they likely would get an informal deal done. If the Falcons lose, the 49ers will meet with Shanahan earlier in the week, potentially Monday and Tuesday. They will be able to hire him immediately at that point.

The Falcons are a six-point favorite over the Packers. I think Atlanta wins a close one because I think their offense will be a bit too much for the Packers. I’ll be pulling for a Green Bay upset, but either way, this will be a close one.
