Dolphins vs. Steelers: NFL playoffs game time, TV schedule, live online stream, odds, announcers

New, comments

The Dolphins and Steelers open the Sunday wild card schedule in Pittsburgh. We break down the pertinent information to get you ready for the game.

The 2017 NFL playoffs get going again on Sunday with day two of the wild card round. The AFC gets going first at 10:05 a.m. PT, with the Pittsburgh Steelers hosting the Miami Dolphins. The game airs on CBS, with Jim Nantz and Phil Simms in the announcer booth, and Tracy Wolfson on the sideline.

The Steelers have emerged as a heavy favorite, with the line climbing to Steelers -11.5. The Dolphins will be without quarterback Ryan Tannehill who is dealing with a knee ligament injury. Matt Moore will get the start in his place, and the Dolphins are effectively playing with house money at this point. I think they can cover this due to their defense and ground game. I would not be surprised if the Steelers offense overwhelmed them later in the game, but I’ll stick with my pick of Dolphins cover, Steelers win.

If the Steelers win this game, they will travel to Kansas City next week, which means Houston will travel to face New England. If the Dolphins upset Pittsburgh, they would travel to New England, and Houston would travel to Kansas City.
