NFL: NFC Divisional-Seattle Seahawks at Carolina Panthers Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

We have seen some fairly inconsistent play on Thursday Night Football this season, but Week 6 could bring a solid matchup. The Carolina Panthers host the Philadelphia Eagles in a matchup of two of the top teams in the NFC. The game will broadcast in the two local markets on NFL Network and CBS, and will be live streamed on Amazon Prime everywhere else. The game kicks off at 5:30 p.m. PT, with Mike Tirico and Cris Collinsworth calling the game from the booth, and Heather Cox on the sideline.

The Panthers head into the game as a three-point favorite, although if I had picked them in the Super Contest, I would have had to take them at 3.5-points. I honestly would have taken them either way. I think Carolina’s defense is going to do some bad things to the Eagles. If this was a Sunday game, I’d be all over it for the Super Contest, but a TNF game requires all five picks in by Thursday. So be it.
