The San Francisco 49ers return to practice on Wednesday as preparations continue for their Week 7 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. The 49ers are 0-6, coming off a three-game road trip in which they lost all three by a combined eight points. They return home where they will play four of their next fives games, and also get a bye mixed in.
The media day got started at 11:50 a.m. with Jason Garrett chatting with 49ers local media. Head coach Kyle Shanahan will meet with the media at 12:25 p.m. PT. Following Shanahan’s press conference, the 49ers locker room will be open until 1:15, with new starting quarterback C.J. Beathard meeting with the media. Practice gets going at 1:25, with it open to the media until team drills begin. The first practice participation report will be released later in the afternoon.
The 49ers will stream Shanahan’s press conference on their website, and you can also watch it on Periscope and the team’s app. The 49ers beat writers will also have updates from Shanahan’s session and those of the players. I’ve embedded our 49ers beat writer Twitter list so you can follow along. If you don’t see it, click here.
