Hi there Niners Nation. A few weeks back, this lucky Fangirl had the opportunity to train with San Francisco 49ers’ Head of Strength and Conditioning Coach Ray Wright. I might still be sore.
Wright tested my limits with the team warm up, various exercises on The Hill, time in the weight room, toning, and running at a high incline on the treadmill. NBD.
We finished it off with a trip to the cryotherapy machine which was freezing but also helpful for the soreness I mentioned.
