The NFL closes out Week 7 of the 2017 regular season with what could be a really fun Monday Night Football contest. The Philadelphia Eagles host Washington in a huge NFC East matchup. ESPN has the game at 5:30 p.m. PT, with Sean McDonough and Jon Gruden in the booth, and Lisa Salters on the sideline.

The Eagles sit atop the NFL at 5-1, and are a game and a half ahead of Washington in the NFC East. The Eagles went into FedEx Field and beat Washington in Week 1, so a win at home against Washington locks up a potential tiebreaker scenario.

The Eagles are a 4.5-point favorite, and coming off a 28-23 Thursday Night Football win over the Carolina Panthers. Washington edged out the 49ers 26-24 last week. While the Eagles have the edge, I have a feeling this game ends up a lot closer than some would expect. I don’t know if Washington can win it outright, but I think it ends up close.
