The San Francisco 49ers are back for their first practice and media session of Week 8, as they continue preparations to face the Philadelphia Eagles. The 49ers dropped to 0-7 this past week, also snapping their streak of losses by three points or less. The Dallas Cowboys thumped the 49ers 40-10, and the team now has to figure out how to regroup with a road game against the best team in the NFC.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan will meet with the media at 12:25 p.m. PT. Following Shanahan’s press conference, the 49ers locker room will be open until 1:15, with starting quarterback C.J. Beathard meeting with the media. Practice gets going at 1:25, with it open to the media until team drills begin. The first practice participation report will be released later in the afternoon. The status of players like Reuben Foster, Trent Brown, and Brandon Fusco are among the things to watch on the report.
The 49ers will stream Shanahan’s press conference on their website, and you can also watch it on Periscope and the team’s app. The 49ers beat writers will also have updates from Shanahan’s session and those of the players. I’ve embedded our 49ers beat writer Twitter list so you can follow along. If you don’t see it, click here.
