The Indianapolis Colts are not sure when Andrew Luck will return from his shoulder injury. Jacoby Brissett remains the starter, but the Colts apparently think they need to work out some other options. And so, they bring in a quarterback who has bounced around the league, including multiple instances with the San Francisco 49ers.
