49ers-Colts media week: Kyle Shanahan press conference, live stream, injury updates, more

The San Francisco 49ers return to the practice field on Wednesday, as they continue their preparations for Week 5. The 49ers will travel to the midwest to face the Indianapolis Colts in the organization’s first matchup against old friend, Frank Gore.

The 49ers sit at 0-4, looking to get Kyle Shanahan his first victory as a head coach. They are a slight underdog, with the line sitting between Colts -1 and -2. Neither team is playing well enough to win football games, but they’ve both shown some sparks of life here and there.

The media day actually got started earlier Wednesday with Frank Gore conducting a conference call with 49ers media. Head coach Kyle Shanahan will meet with the media at 12:25 p.m. PT. Following Shanahan’s press conference, the 49ers locker room will be open until 1:15, with quarterback Brian Hoyer meeting with the media. Practice gets going at 1:25, with it open to the media until team drills begin. The first practice participation report will be released later in the afternoon.
