The NFL finishes up Week 12 with matchup featuring huge AFC wild card implications between the Houston Texans and Baltimore Ravens on Monday Night Football. Kickoff is set for 5:30 p.m. PT on ESPN. Sean McDonough and Jon Gruden will call the game from the booth, and Lisa Salters will be handling sideline duties.

The Texans are 4-6, while the Ravens are 5-5. The Ravens currently hold the second wild card berth, with the edge over the Buffalo Bills. The Texans are a game back, but are scuffling along without Deshaun Watson. They got a big win over the Arizona Cardinals last week, and a win this week would put them even further in the thick of the wild card race. A loss does not eliminate them, but it would put them in a rough position.

The Ravens are a 7.5-point favorite. I could have gone with a seven point spread in the SuperContest, and while I did not pick the Ravens for the SuperContest, I took them in my picks against the spread. I’m not losing that half point, but I’ll stick with the Ravens, primarily because of their defense.
