Golden Nuggets: Pierre Garcon the latest in a long line of injuries

Saturday, November 4, 2017 edition of the Golden Nuggets, a daily compilation of San Francisco 49ers links from around the Internet.

It seems like the San Francisco 49ers can’t catch a break. The news is a couple days old at this point, but this is the first I’m writing about it. Garcon was such a pleasant surprise this year and it’s been great to see him produce even in a bad 49ers offense. This isn’t the end of his career with the 49ers by any means — he’ll be back. It’s just a shame to see his season ending this way.

Either way, we’re now looking to the Arizona Cardinals, a team who doesn’t have much hope this year but who should soundly beat the 49ers, especially after the rash of injuries. Everybody important is hurt, and I worry seriously about what’s going to happen to Jimmy Garoppolo if Kyle Shanahan decides to play him this season.

Anyway, I’m about to start a 49-hour charity live stream, so I’m going to get to your links so I can take a nap.
