Golden Nuggets: 49ers take on the Titans

Sunday, December 17th, 2017 edition of the Golden Nuggets, a daily compilation of San Francisco 49ers links from around the Internet.

The San Francisco 49ers will take on the Tennessee Titans, a team with a strong defense and an offense that has looked fantastic at times and miserable at others. Marcus Mariota hasn’t exactly impressed in recent weeks, but the Titans are still a much better team than the 49ers, or at least they have been thus far.

What worries me most is the absence of Trent Brown. He officially went on injured reserve on Saturday, and I’m not looking forward to the Titans pass rush going after Jimmy Garoppolo. They’ve been the best pass-rushing team over the past three weeks, even without Derrick Morgan in their last game.

Also, I’m going on vacation for a few days starting tomorrow, so it would be nice if the 49ers got a win so I don’t have to come back and write about how doomed everything is. Onto your links for the day, now!
