The San Francisco 49ers close out the 2017 season on Sunday when they travel to Southern California to face the Los Angeles Rams. The teams wrap things up at the LA Coliseum on New Years Eve. The game will air on FOX, with kickoff scheduled for 1:25 p.m. PT. Joe Davis and Brady Quinn are calling the game from the booth, and Jenny Taft will serve as the sideline announcer.
