The San Francisco 49ers return to practice on Wednesday, and in the meantime, the football communications staff released their Week 14 unofficial depth chart. You can view the full depth chart at the bottom.

The most significant change is the formal move of Jimmy Garoppolo into the starting quarterback position. The 49ers announced the decision last week a few hours after releasing the Week 13 depth chart.

Louis Murphy remains listed as one of the starters, and is getting significant snaps opposite Marquise Goodwin. While Goodwin and slot receiver Trent Taylor ended up with the most production, Murphy did get six targets on the day. Kendrick Bourne is still get some work, but he is on the lower end of the opportunities.

On the defensive side of the ball, Greg Mabin was the first cornerback off the bench when Dontae Johnson was briefly injured. Mabin took his place, and the Chicago Bears were quick to target him for a touchdown. Antone Exum is listed as the other reserve cornerback. Exum was inactive in Week 13, but a tough day for Mabin on defense and special teams could result in a change in Week 14.
