I was one of those people at the beginning of the season that thought we could win six games. Now don’t laugh, it is still possible as long as we finish the season with a five game winning streak. That is all we need to do. Have no fear, Jimmy Garoppolo is here.
We may have to rely on all those household names on defense though. Guys like Leger Douzable, Sheldon Day, Cassius Marsh, Leon Hall and Greg Mabin. Believe it or not, those guy’s play count combined for a grand total of 64 plays on Sunday. Don’t worry, we also have big names like Adrian Colbert and Ahkello Witherspoon leading the way. How can we possibly lose?
Trent Taylor and Marquise Goodwin are looking pretty good too. I wonder if it has anything to do with the ball hitting them on the hands at full stride? I got so excited watching those passes that I almost cracked a smile. Not quite but I came pretty darn close. I am saving that smile for when we win our sixth game. It could happen!
