Winter weather has arrived in many parts of the country, and Thursday evening saw it snow down in Houston. Texans defensive lineman J.J. Watt was particularly excited about it, tweeting out some video and pictures. My favorite might be the second video with a Christmas song mixed in.

It’s cold in Houston this morning, with a high of 48 forecast for the day. The San Francisco 49ers are flying out to Houston this weekend, but winter clothing probably won’t be a huge issue. The 49ers had to bust out the stocking caps last week in Chicago, but this Sunday, the Houston forecast calls for a high of 63 degrees.
Barring anything unexpected, the 49ers won’t play a single game in snowy conditions, or conditions that would even really be described as super cold. It was chilly in Chicago, but after this weekend in Houston, the 49ers have home games against Tennessee and Jacksonville, and then close out the season against the Rams in Los Angeles.
