The NFL does not allow players to personally meet with teams over the next two days. Only agents can meet with players. If a player does not have an agent, he has to wait until Thursday afternoon, when unrestricted free agency formally begins.
According to the NFL, during this two-day negotiating period, clubs can negotiate all aspects of a contract with an agent, but a deal may not be formally executed until 1 p.m. PT on Thursday.
Some deals could very well already be done, but we will still hear plenty of rumors about visits and who is interested in who. Trade discussions have been allowed already, but with free agency decisions happening, we might see any potential trades heat up a bit. Trades also cannot be formally executed until the new league year starts on Thursday.
