Golden Nuggets: Who is your draft crush?

San Francisco 49ers links for Friday April 14, 2017

It is less than two weeks until the draft and I think we have evaluated, dissected and over thought every prospect that could possibly be drafted in the first three rounds. You would never think these guys have ever had any kind of success by reading a great many of the comments on niners nation. However each one of us has our stable of players we feel almost obligated to defend.

I personally have defended Malik Hooker so often that he almost feels like part of my family and I almost feel like I would be a trader if I was to go in another direction. It doesn’t really matter though. The Shanahan and Lynch show are going to pick whoever they want. I doubt they will look at my opinion on niners nation and I am sure it wouldn’t matter if they did.

Why do we do it then? We do it because it is fun and educational. Every time I watch a game, I see players I have studied during the lead up to one of the drafts. Sometimes, when it is a player that I was really hoping we would draft, I will even feel a slight inexplicable bond towards that player. Call me Mr. Shanahan, I have some good advice.

Now onto the sizzling links.
