Golden Nuggets: Slow news day for the 49ers

Sunday, May 14th, 2017 edition of the Golden Nuggets, a daily compilation of San Francisco 49ers links from around the Internet.

Good morning everyone. Since the last time I did the Golden Nuggets, rumors about the San Francisco 49ers trying to trade NaVorro Bowman blossomed and then were stamped out. Well, they haven’t been stamped out so much as they have been denied and not much else has happened on that front since then.

Draft picks are signing, minicamps are a thing that happened and now we’re just waiting. There aren’t many new articles for you good folks today, so I’ve included some repeats. Training camp is just around the corner and then, of course, there’s the preseason which we’ll hunger for until it arrives and then we’ll beg for it to go away.

Let’s get to your links for the day.
