Golden Nuggets: Nothing Important Happened Yesterday

A daily compilation of San Francisco 49ers news from maybe everywhere other than AOL.com. Monday, June 26th, 2017 edition.

One article was written on June 25th, 2017 regarding anything related to the San Francisco 49ers. Unfortunately, it was a rehash of the “Solomon Thomas is on the 14 system and wasn’t eligible for OTAs or Minicamp. They went on to point out DeForest Buckner playing over 1k snaps last season. Hold on to your seats, folks, they then pushed Arik Armstead’s reps at LEO in relation to Michael Bennett.

The one article written dipped a toe into a handful of jellybean flavors that we’ve already tried. “Thomas can’t join OTA’s!” was covered by “Owners mulling over rules for NCAA athletes on the Quarter System”. Then, “DeFo played 1,000 snaps in 2016!” was already handled by like 25 articles about Zgonina being a “rotation guy”. Then the armchair analysis of the LEO position, Armstead’s new round/square hole depending on your region & how it relates to the Seahawks came up.

One article was written, and it was nothing more than the headlines we all argued about over like a month ago.

With that being said, I’d like to tell you about a friend of mine. His name was ham sandwich. He entered a bar, only to be denied. They said, “we don’t serve food here”.

Onto the link.
