Golden Nuggets: The 49ers offseason slows to a crawl

Sunday, July 2nd, 2017 edition of the Golden Nuggets, a daily compilation of San Francisco 49ers links from around the Internet.

Good morning everyone. I just finished watching the Manny Pacquiao vs. Jeff Horn fight, and after that disaster of judging I’ve got to get to bed so the Golden Nuggets today are going to be straightforward and quick.

Not much is happening with the San Francisco 49ers at the moment. Things are gonna be slow for the next few days, especially with the Fourth of July holiday coming up. There may not be anything new today, and if there isn’t, I’ll just try and include what was good from the past few days.

But things are sparse, and that’s by design. Training camp is about to hit and we’ll have more than enough news and false hope to fret over. I suppose for some of you it’s not false hope, but I’m nearing the point where I’m ready to go in full-on denial mode and predict a winning season for the 49ers.

Onto your links!
