If you didn’t know, because you took a break from Niners Nation for a week or so, four members of the San Francisco 49ers defensive line spent the majority of the offseason in Oahu and I had the fortunate opportunity to observe of their workout sessions. To get you ready for training camp, I thought you might like a compilation or “mixed tape” of all of the videos that I’ve posted on Twitter and Instagram and a few new ones you haven’t seen.
These videos include DeForest Buckner, Arik Armstead, Eli Harold, and Ronald Blair working out at Hawaii Optimum Performance. HOP is a facility partially owned by Seattle Seahawks defensive lineman Michael Bennett. There are several members of the Seahawks defense pictured in the videos as well, including Earl Thomas`. The newer videos are at the bottom of the page.
