The San Francisco 49ers officially return to practice Friday morning. The team will conduct their first practice session at 10 a.m. PT. It will not be a fully padded practice, but it gets things going.
Practices generally are not televised, but the first practice will have some segments of it streamed live. The team tweeted Thursday night that they will have some live look-ins on the 49ers app, Facebook Live, and Twitter. I’ll try and embed something in here when it’s available. They won’t show the whole practice, and that likely means no team drills. But for a first practice, we’ll at least get something to enjoy!
Practice will be followed a Kyle Shanahan press conference and then player availability. The 49ers will stream the press conferences on their website, and you can also watch it on Periscope and the team’s app.
The 49ers beat writers will also have updates from the media sessions. I’ve embedded our beat writer Twitter list so you can follow along. Jennifer Chan has to miss this practice, but will be back on Saturday. Tracy Sandler however will be on hand for the session, and will have plenty to tweet about.
