49ers have new rehab, conditioning hill, & puke buckets for the players

I have questions.

The San Francisco 49ers are back at practice, and the media has a chance to check out some of the changes Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch have made to the facility. Right off the bat, the team showed off a new rehab and conditioning hill (no word if this is where Jimmie Ward injured his hamstring). Matt Barrows tweeted that it is at a 30 degree angle.

The new hill for rehab and conditioning.

I don’t know if this is entirely related, but Jed York tweeted out this picture from the weight room. Apparently someone decided these buckets need to be labeled “Puke.” I suppose that means don’t throw your water bottles and other garbage in there? Do they recycle some stuff but not others? I’ll be honest, I’ve got a lot of questions about this puke can.

And in case you were wondering, you can watch Jed York and team reporter Joe Fann race up the hill! Joe’s gotta learn you always let the boss win.
