The San Francisco 49ers have three training camp practices under their belt, and now sit just under two weeks away from their first preseason game of the schedule. The 49ers travel to face the Kansas City Chiefs on Friday, August 11.
This coming Thursday, August 3, the Arizona Cardinals face the Dallas Cowboys in the Hall of Fame Game. While starters will likely only play a series or two, it is still the first football of the season. Starting with the Hall of Fame Game, we will have some kind of football every week until the Super Bowl next February. Preseason football can get pretty brutal, particularly the fourth game, but I’ll take some kind of football over no football!
