The San Francisco 49ers and Minnesota Vikings square off on Sunday in the final preseason game of Week 3. The game is the Sunday Night Football preseason game of the week, which means national coverage! NBC will air the game starting at 5 p.m. PT. If you will be away from a TV, you can stream it through the NBC Sports player.
If you won’t be able to watch the game, or you’re looking to re-watch it for your own analysis, NFL Network will offer one re-airing of the game. You’ll be able to watch the game in its entirety on Sunday night at 10:30 p.m. PT. The NFL has a short week after this weekend, with all 32 teams playing their final preseason game on Thursday.
Will everybody be watching this game since it will be available on a national broadcast? Week 3 is the dress rehearsal game, which means we should see plenty of the starters. It’s certainly a better watch than Week 4’s Thursday game when it’s mostly reserves and players likely to be cut. And with a “free” NBC broadcast, I’ll take it!
