The San Francisco 49ers installed a hill on the side of the practice field, and the ridiculous angle of it creates a heck of a workout for the players, Jed York, and anybody else who wants to run it.
On Monday, some injured players got work in on the hill to keep in shape. Jennifer Chan posted this video of Tim Hightower and Jaquiski Tartt doing a ladder drill while running up the hill. Eli Harold and Brock Coyle also got some work in.
The Hill.

Hightower, Tartt, Coyle and Harold, who did not participate in team drills, got some time in on the beast. pic.twitter.com/295Sz8sVs4
Honestly, just watching this video caused me to pull a hamstring!
There is actually one particularly interesting piece of information to take from this. Eli Harold suffered a concussion last week, and had been out all week. The fact that he was doing physical activity, and serious physical activity given the angle of that hill, suggests he is making progress in his return from the concussion. Jennifer Chan saw him suited up with his helmet on a side field prior to running the hill. It seems like he is on track to be ready to play this Friday against the Kansas City Chiefs.
