The San Francisco 49ers and Arizona Cardinals released their first practice participation reports on Wednesday, and the 49ers are seeing progress from several of their injured players. Arizona is expecting some players back, but still has some questions on the offensive line.

Left guard Alex Boone suffered a chest injury on Monday Night Football this past week, and was a DNP on Wednesday. The team does not think the injury is major, but his status for this week is a question mark. Boone moved into the starting lineup after Mike Iupati aggravated a trice injury. Iupati was inactive this past week after not practicing all week. He was listed as limited on Wednesday.

Elsewhere on the offensive line, left tackle D.J. Humphries returned to practice for the first time since Week 1. He sprained his MCL, and Wednesday saw him listed as limited.

The Cardinals also welcomed wide receiver John Brown back to the practice field in a limited capacity. He suffered a quadricep injury in Week 1 and sat out practice the past two weeks.
