Golden Nuggets: Who loves the sack

I am starting off this morning’s links with Mel Kiper’s evaluation of the top pass rushers in the draft. We certainly could use some help there. Believe it or not, he even lists Hercules. I personally think we will go offensive line but I wouldn’t be heartbroken if we ended up with a pass rusher or a cornerback.

Just a quick question; “which 49ers coach would you think would be the most likely to be replaced?” It seems like they are all safe for at least another year but, if you had to choose the weakest position coach, who would it be? Feel free to post your answers below.

I think Brian Murphy is a little off base. I think Taylor and Breida could find themselves sitting on the sideline just as easy as Colbert and Witherspoon. I don’t think there is going to be a drop in competition from last season. Shanahan and Lynch are going to ramp up the competition if anything. They have put together a fairly decent group of players but I don’t think they are anywhere near finished at any position other than possibly quarterback. They will continually be looking for the best possible players.
