Golden Nuggets: Garoppolo Garoppolo Garoppolo

I want to start by giving 49ersFanSince1950’s six part series titled “Building the 2018 Final-53” a plug. He has his first two parts of the six part series already posted and they are a pretty good read for those that haven’t seen them yet. He does a very in depth job of breaking down free agency and the draft, covering our positions of need, and working out how it affects the 49ers salary cap.

I really enjoyed the video that is posted with Michael McCann and Robert Raiola article. It has some tidbits in it that I had never heard before like how Shanahan considered Jimmy Garoppolo to be his prototype quarterback when the discussion came up about what he was looking for in a quarterback last February.

I also thought the article where Matt Barrows discusses how deep the cornerback position is in the draft and includes a little piece of information from Scot McCloughan was kind of fascinating. I certainly hope we find a good one. Now onto the hot links:
