We’re back for Week 6 football. The New York Giants host the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday Night Football in a matchup of a NFC East teams trying to figure things out. The game kicks off at 5:20 p.m. PT on NFL Network, with Joe Buck and Troy Aikman in the booth, and Erin Andrews and Kristina Pink on the sideline. You can also stream the game on Amazon Prime and listen to Hannah Storm and Andrea Kremer as an alternate audio option.
The Eagles are a field goal favorite, according to sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark. There is a slight edge in public betting for the Eagles, but it’s small enough that there is not a lot to take away from it. This is a matchup of two teams having plenty of issues. The Eagles welcomed back Carson Wentz, but have lost two straight after a win in his Week 3 return. The Giants are the highest scoring team in the division, but their defense has given up the most points in the division.
I don’t really like much about this matchup, but I’m going to take the points with the Giants. I suppose a letdown could be in order following their last second loss to Carolina, but I think they get up for this divisional matchup. They might lose, but it will be close.
