Golden Nuggets: Saleh must go

More and more fans are beginning to be grumbling that these days but I really could not tell you one way or the other. Both Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch seem to still have a lot of faith in him along with Richard Sherman. I personally am beginning to wonder if any team can be successful with Pete Carroll’s defense other than Seattle?

One thing I do blame Robert Saleh for is the communication issues. He should have had those solved by the end of training camp. He has all week to work out those issues, there is no excuse. You can blame it on the players but it is the defensive coordinator’s job to make sure the players are ready come game day. How do you have communications breakdowns on the first play of the game?

So now my man Witherspoon is in the doghouse. He didn’t just drop from first to second string. Nope, when you are in the doghouse with Shanahan you are going to get completely (site decorum) on. He better get use to those pine slivers.

Speaking of Kyle Shanahan, was it just me or did he get way too conservative with his play calling on the 49ers first two series in the fourth quarter? Perhaps he needs to go to the Jim Harbaugh school of how to close out a football game?
