Happy Thanksgiving to everybody, even if you’re not in America! It’s an excuse to over-eat, and I think we can all get behind that.
Whatever you are up to today, things will be relatively quiet on the 49ers front. The team will not have media availability on Thursday, but will have a practice session. We’ll likely get an injury report this afternoon, but otherwise, it will be fairly quiet.
We have a game thread going now, but I figured a separate open thread for general Thanksgiving chatting could work. And I think I have a topic of note. In this week’s FanPulse survery, fans at all 32 team sites were asked which Thanksgiving side is “the most trash.”

Personally, I think people should enjoy what they want. I turn my Thanksgiving meal into effectively a thick stew because I mix everything together on my plate. That being said, on this particular poll, I had to go with green bean casserole. I don’t see the real added value of it, although if you just wanted to go with plain green beans, I could live with that. The onion stuff on top doesn’t really work for me.
