The NFL is holding its now annual “My Cause My Cleats” event the week of December 16th, with players allowed to wear their own specially designed cleats in support of a given cause. Normally the NFL requires a certain amount of uniformity, but last year the league worked with the players to develop this alternative week.

The players had an unboxing event on Tuesday and players have been sharing their cleats on Twitter. Additionally, the 49ers posted some of the cleats, along with the stories for why they’re supporting the specific cause.

The San Francisco 49ers community relations department provided a variety of cleat photos, which you can view in the gallery above. Here is a list of the causes each player is supporting, along with a link to the non-profit organization.
