We’re just a few days away from the Super Bowl, and San Francisco 49ers left tackle Joe Staley has made someone’s dream come true. Staley had a pair of tickets for Super Bowl 52, and he has donated them to a young cancer patient at Stanford Children’s Hospital. The Hospital offered some details on him, and it looks like the necessary money for him to go to the game has officially been raised.
Meet Anuj: student, cancer fighter and No.1 Patriots fan! This week Carrie and her husband @jstaley74, @49ers, donated their tickets to the #SuperBowl to make a teen football fan's dream come true. Now we're asking you to help Anuj get to the big game: https://t.co/CzlZcJbcqI pic.twitter.com/7yk7uHHI5q— Stanford Children's (@StanfordChild) January 31, 2018
This is not the first time Staley has given away his tickets. He did the same thing in 2016, donating his tickets to the Bay Area Super Bowl to a father and son. As always, it’s hard not to love the things Joe Staley does for the community.
