The San Francisco 49ers head into the first weekend of free agency having made three additions to the roster. The team signed center Weston Richburg and running back Jerick McKinnon on Wednesday, and then added edge rusher Jerry Attaochu on Thursday.

When Richburg and McKinnon met with the media on Thursday, Lynch said that the team still had “a couple of things in the works,” with regard to more free agents. The Attaochu signing was announced after the press conference, but the team is likely looking at some additional depth options in this second phase of free agency. He said Richburg and McKinnon were the priorities, but, “[k]ind of the first wave is gone and there’s still guys out there and so we’re in contact with a few players.”

That being said, he acknowledged that even with just the two new additions at the press conference, the team has been plenty busy with the various in-house players they signed to contracts. The team has signed contracts with Jimmy Garoppolo, Marquise Goodwin, Richard Sherman, Cassius Marsh, Garry Gilliam, Brock Coyle, and Mark Nzeocha.

Here is a look at the best remaining players at positions of note for the 49ers. The team was reportedly interested in Tyler Eifert before he returned to the Cincinnati Bengals. They’ve also been connected with Jordy Nelson (signed with Raiders) and Terrelle Pryor.
