The San Francisco 49ers will hold a press conference for cornerback Richard Sherman this afternoon, a little over a week after signing him to a three-year contract. This is the final press conference of the early free agency period, and we have a good handle on where the roster stands for the time being.
The 49ers are unlikely to be completely finished with free agency. Last year, one of their most productive signings (Elvis Dumervil) did not occur until June. There are plenty of impact moves that could still be made.
In the meantime, as we start looking closer and closer at the 2018 NFL Draft, here is an overview of the 49ers roster. I tried to sort in the starters at the top of each position, but the reserves are not necessarily exactly as they may appear this fall.
