Richard Sherman is still working on unblocking fans on Twitter

He’s trying to get this straightened out. We’ll spread the word.

Back in March, we were coming up with ways to help 49ers cornerback Richard Sherman unblock the numerous accounts he blocked over the years when he was with the Seattle Seahawks. We first came up with a list to present, then Sherman offered amnesty if you made a donation to his charity, Blanket Coverage.

Well it’s May and there may still be a few people listed as blocked. Sherman tweeted this out on Sunday if anyone is still needing a lift on their status:

If you or some friends are blocked, there’s your avenue. I can’t imagine how hard it is to do a bulk unblocking, but I’m guessing it’s going to take Sherman some time to get everyone squared away.

One word of warning, just because Sherman is giving you a clean slate doesn’t mean he won’t slap a block right back on you if you once again do whatever it was that got you blocked in the first place. Best to keep that in mind.

If you’d still like to make a donation to his charity (which was the original way of getting off the block list) you can head here and scroll down to the ‘Donate’ button.
