Good Morning!
So camps have begun, rookies have arrived, and press conferences have begun.
For me, it means I start “training with the team.” I start to cut back on beer, carbs, and work my butt off in preparation for September, because when that hits, I have no time to hit the gym. I’ve got the regimen going so far, I’ve been banging out weights like a champ. This is my life until September when I’ll be more seated in trying to navigate 49ers news.
Is anyone else training right now? What’s your regimen?
While you think of that, I got some links for you.
