The San Francisco 49ers are two days into training camp, and that means our photo editor is getting re-stocked! During the offseason, we get some new photos at OTAs and minicamp, but then there is a dead period. For returning veterans it’s not a big deal because we have plenty of previous photos. But for free agent additions and draft picks, we don’t get much of them in their 49ers gear. Training camp changes that!
We get photos from Getty Images and USA Today Sports. Getty has not been out at practice yet, but USA Today sent a photographer out to the 49ers first day of practice. I thought I would put together a photo gallery from that first day. The gallery above features 27 photos from the first day. There are more but they were duplicates or close to duplicates.
