The first game of the 2018 NFL season may go down as one of the worst as the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Atlanta Falcons in a last second win. The game was marred with penalties and bad play calling which makes me unsurprised ratings were down.
Luckily we now have a slew of games to watch and make up for it. The San Francisco 49ers get going at 10:00 a.m. against the Minnesota Falcons, but there’s obviously other games that many of you may be curious about, and if you play fantasy, may be interested in while the 49ers play. I’m trying to figure out what I’ll watch after the 49ers get off the field for the afternoon games.
Most likely I’ll be watching The Chiefs take on the Chargers. I picked up Travis Kelce for the Birds and Bees (my fantasy team) and won’t have anything else to watch until the night game because I have Jamaal Williams and Aaron Rodgers as well. The Chiefs/Raiders came should be a good game regardless and might give us a good indication on how this Rams super-defense fares, as well as Patrick Mahomes as a starting quarterback.
The one game I wish I could catch would be the Cleveland Browns against the Pittsburgh Steelers if nothing more than to see that dumpster fire of a team in Cleveland try to win a game.
