I love natural video. 49ers running back Jerick McKinnon was filmed by the 49ers making a phone call to a longtime friend. Except this wasn’t for chit-chat. McKinnon’s friend Corey Lewis had been hard at work promoting “Inspired by Lewis”. Inspired by Lewis is a youth-mentoring program for socially challenged children. It’s about building confidence and (from their website), positive character development, self-awareness, and life skills that will cultivate our next generation of innovative leaders.
McKinnon got in contact with some people with the 49ers to award Lewis a pair of Super Bowl tickets:

Earlier this month, @JetMckinnon1 surprised his long-time friend with 2 tickets to #SuperBowlLIII in his hometown of Atlanta, GA pic.twitter.com/qf0UhwU36D
The recognition and gesture is pretty awesome enough. McKinnon chimed in on his own Twitter page about how it felt to give his friend tickets to the Super Bowl:
My dude been through a lot , I can’t even put into words how it felt to bless my dawg w these Super Bowl tickets . Relax and live it up it’s https://t.co/MCxUlYkOuI

True emotions are the best. So Lewis is off to the Super Bowl and McKinnon can feel good knowing he put over an active member of the community.
