New, comments

David Johnson and Chase Edmonds won’t suit up, either.

The 49ers released their inactives, as we’re getting ready to kick off in Glendale. Here is the injury report for both teams:

QB C.J. Beathard

WR Marquise Goodwin

DT Jullian Taylor

FB Kyle Juszczyk (knee)

T Mike McGlinchey (knee)

CB Ahkello Witherspoon (foot)

T Joe Staley (fibula)

The question was going to be which wide receiver would be a healthy scratch. Marquise Goodwin was on the field warming up before the game without cleats, so that gave it away. The 49ers didn’t practice on the field this week, they just filed injury reports. The short week likely has a lot to do with Goodwin being a healthy scratch.

Some good news: Kyle Juszczyk was on the field before the game warming up. He’s been recovering from an MCL sprain. Judging by his workload and how he looked, Juice should be back against the Seahawks. Expect Witherspoon, Staley, and McGlinchey back as well for Seattle.

WR Damiere Byrd

S Charles Washington

RB Chase Edmonds

RB David Johnson

T Justin Murray

DL Michael Dogbe

DL Zach Allen

Murray is the Cardinals starting right tackle. Be ready to run, Kyler.

Navorro Bowman predicts 28-7, good guys.
