49ers/Cardinals injury report: Sanders and Witherspoon are ACTIVE

We are a little over an hour away from kickoff, and the San Francisco 49ers and Arizona Cardinals have released their injury reports. Emmanuel Sanders will give it a go as he battles through a rib injury. He’s active. Ahkello Witherspoon, who has missed almost two months, will play as well. Kyle Shanahan said Witherspoon would regain his starting position once he returned from injury.
