The Pro Bowl has been trending in the wrong direction for years. The game no longer holds the same meaning, and that’s why we see the leading vote-getters drop out year in and year out. The game may not be important, but it’s still cool to see your favorite team represented. For the San Francisco 49ers, they have a chance to be the most well-represented team in the NFL. The Niners currently have six players that are among the top-3 vote-getters at their respective positions. Rob did some digging:

-Defensive end Nick Bosa has more votes than any other defensive player

-Fullback Kyle Jusczcyk leads his position.

-Tight end Kittle is second behind Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

-Defensive tackle’s DeForest Buckner and Arik Armstead are second and third respectively behind Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald.

-Cornerback Richard Sherman is second behind Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marcus Peters.

As of Thursday, the 49ers were No. 2 as a team in total votes. Only the Ravens have earned more votes. That’s what happens when your quarterback leads the way. There are a couple of ways that you can vote to get more Niners in the Pro Bowl that will be played on January 26, 2020, at Camping World Stadium in Orlando. You can go to the official site here to see the entire ballot and vote. You can go on Twitter as well by tweeting players first and last name, or including their twitter handle with the hashtag #ProBowlVote. So when George Kittle scores the first touchdown on Sunday night, we should all tweet, “George Kittle just mossed Adrian Amos #ProBowlVote.” Or, if you’re the type of fan that insists on @’ing a player when Sherman intercepts Aaron Rodgers, we can tweet, “Rodgers is washed nice interception @RSherman_25 #ProBowlVote.”

I don’t envy the people that have to tally all the votes, but take advantage of the 49ers being good and get your favorite players in the Pro Bowl.
